I was thinking an interview with Babe Ruth. Maybe after one of his big games, like the 1916 World Series game and using a quote or two i have from him from my research notes.
I like the interview idea, but I would put the interview in the 1920s and maybe have it focus on how the game of baseball is changing in that decade? That way you could also incorporate the growing celebrity of Ruth into the interview with questions as to his off the field behavior as well and the opening of Yankee Field and what that meant to him. . as in---was the stadium really built to be "The House that Ruth Built"? How does it feel to play in front of how many tens of thousands of fans?
